I went to see Alesana again.

This time I missed every other band playing because I hung out in the bar with the members of Alesana all night long!

I'm a happy happy girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When exactly did I become a Pacific Northwestern-er?
From time to time people inquire as to how I'm doing.
I can't lie! I dig it!
Don't get me wrong...it isn't perfection, nothing is.
But when the rainy season came and I realized I was happy about it, I could no longer deny my attachment to this place.

Washington fits for the time being...
I am happy here.
((But don't tell Kim, she might fly out here just to knock some sense into me!))

Ahhhh sweet sweet life.....

there is nothing going on at the moment.
kids are just getting home from school and settling in to thier homework.
boys have football tonight...
ash has swim.
i am already pajama'd because when i started a load of laundry i decided to wash my clothes right then & there.

life is dull....
and busy....
and i enjoy it!!!

i miss you all viciously.
miss hearing from you even more.

or put the peverbial pen to paper.
shockingly, i always write back when written to.

What The Heck Is Wrong With Me?

so its 5am
and i just woke up from a very stressful dream.
my hands were balled up under my pillow....
and when i pulled them out i had a reeses peanut butter cup (still wrapped) balled into nothingness in my left hand.
im going to have to wash my poor white sheets...

i think i subconsiously miss sugar a little....

LOL!

And Now We Know...

Today I was reminded why it is I hated living in Washington so much.

Allergy season.

And allergy meds don't sit oh so well in my tiny stomach.

Freaky Friday

So I'm at the High School with Ashton buying all the bullshit high schools have you buy now-a-days, and as I'm looking around this realization hits me....

There at my side stands my daughter. Blonde, black pumps, dark pressed jeans, a turtle neck sweater, and very conservative make-up.

Then theres moi. Short, black, textured hair, dark eye make-up, jeans and a black t-shirt, messenger bag covered in band buttons, piercings, tattoos and I-Pod blaring Dear Whoever.

Seriously...we're flip flopped!

On an up note...the girls behind me had The Devil Wears Prada & Scary Kids Scaring Kids t-shirts on. Maybe I will see some of Ashes classmates at concerts. LMFAO! Ohhhhh you know I'm kidding!

Freeway Amusements...

The weirdest thing happened to me just a bit ago...

I was driving down the freeway headed to the mall to pick up my chitlins when a red Ford Explorer blew past me. Then out of nowhere he slams on his brakes and slows way down until he is even with me.

I started to get a little nervous when this young soldier rolled down his window and started yelling at me....

What did I do? Is something wrong with the truck? Is it because I was on my phone (my bad....damn blue-tooth!) I was freaking out.

So I roll down my window...still driving 70MPH down the highway...and he yells "I just wanted to tell you that you are F**king BEAUTIFUL!!!!!"

HUH?

He yelled it twice more before it sunk in.

In the midst of my laughter I almost missed my exit...but thankfully caught it at the last minute!

As if that alone wasn't enough...it gets better...

I pull into the mall parking lot and tell the kids to load up. When out of nowhere Tyler yells "WHOA! Someone just got in a wreck behind you!"

I turn around and to my utter shock and amazement....it was the guy from the freeway!!!!

Remember now...I almost missed my exit...let alone HIM who had to have zipped across 3 lanes to make it!

And then, the poor guy, following me into the parking lot slams into another car!

The worst was that I had to make a U-turn to get out of the lot.

As I drove by him I smiled and waved....
